2023 was a big year for us, to say the least. We relocated from Park City, Utah, to Ponte Vedra, Florida, just south of Jacksonville. It was a bittersweet move for my wife Lisa and me because of how much we love Utah, but I couldn’t be prouder as she follows her professional dream of working for the PGA Tour. I, too, will keep following my dreams professionally, photographing sports, corporate opportunities and especially leading photography workshops and tours domestically and internationally. There is no way we can stay away from the dusty red rocks of Southern Utah or the mountains of Park City, so I’ll continue with my western adventures and add some close to my new home as I settle into coastal living.
After three trips to Bali, Indonesia, I’m switching it up a bit this year, adding central and northern Vietnam. After putting this trip together with Bali-based photographer David Metcalf, we decided to add on a chartered boat trip on Ha Long Bay in the northeastern Vietnam. This will be an amazing way to finish off our spiritual and cultural journey there.
Bob Fletcher and I are continuing our Photo Adventures with Hunt’s Photo Education, and we’re excited to offer five trips in 2024. We’ll start with the total solar eclipse in April, followed by two trips to the wild horses in May and October, Mexican Hat and Monument Valley in September and Moab in November. My 2025 offerings kick off with a winter Iceland trip in January and February and more to come. I’m always open to new ideas and would love to hear from you with questions, comments and requests. Please check out our offerings, and I look forward to helping you with your own photographic journey.
